Fred Reck

President

Fred began his IT career 20 years ago, working for IBM in their systems integration and training division. Since then he has advised more than 300 businesses in Central Pennsylvania on thousands of technology issues. Fred and his team work with clients to implement technology improvements that lead to tangible results -- increased efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability. Fred has served as Treasurer for the Bloomsburg Area YMCA Board of Directors and as Auditor for Locust Township. He is a family man who lives in Catawissa, PA with his wife and three children on their small farm with ducks, turkeys, rabbits, 2 goats, 20 chickens, and 100,000 honey bees.


Barbara A. Heintz

Vice President of Administration

Barbara earned her M.B.A. degree from Simmons College while at Bank of Boston, now Bank of America. Her 15-year banking career included management positions in investment banking, consumer marketing, and IT project auditing. Since moving to Pennsylvania to raise a family, Barbara has worked as a strategy consultant, downtown manager, and adjunct marketing professor. When she is not working on the operational and strategic tasks involved in running a growing business, Barbara loves to be outdoors - swimming, walking, skiing, you name it!

Nicole came to InnoTek mid-2021 with bachelor’s degrees in languages and education. She uses her background to keep our prospective and current clients informed of the best practices we follow & implement. You’ll see our weekly Tech Tips and important updates from her in your inbox as an InnoTek client. 

Nicole moved to Millville with her partner and their two cats in 2020 and spends her free time doing yoga, baking, reading, and visiting race tracks up and down the east coast.

After taking a computer science course, Curtis realized IT was his calling and enrolled in a degree program at Penn State University. He thrived in the field, completing two related internships: one with a well-established manufacturing company, and another with a networking and ISP startup. After graduating from Penn State as Valedictorian with a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, Curtis set out to find a company he can grow with. He found it at InnoTek!  Growing with the company, Curtis started as a Service Desk Technician at InnoTek and worked his way up to VP of Operations. When he is not fixing bugs and studying cutting-edge technology, Curtis loves hiking, volunteering within his community, gaming, and traveling.


Michael Britton

Virtual Chief Information Officer (vCIO)

Certifications: CISSP, GSLC, and Security +

Michael joined the Marines in 1998 as a communications expert and, retiring over 20 years later, moved to Pennsylvania and joined Team InnoTek in 2021. Michael brings experience in software development, system and network administration, encryption, policies and procedures, IT procurement, NOC/SOC environments, and cyber security best practices. Michael has led teams of communications experts from widely different backgrounds and skillsets across a range of projects and operations to success and is excited to bring that same energy to our clients. As the InnoTek vCIO, Michael’s goal is to establish and maintain customer business-level strategic relationships, then utilize and build upon these relationships to better understand our customers’ business goals and objectives. Michael is responsible for establishing technology budgeting and strategic road maps for our customers, both of which are used reduce business risk and facilitate technology improvements across the enterprise. His hobbies include running, computers, and spending time with his wife and son every moment that he can.


Mike Farver

Systems Engineer

Certifications: Star2Star Installation & Advanced Configuration, DSI Administrator

As NOC Engineer and Service Coordinator, Mike is responsible for triage and dispatch, ensuring that client needs are met within stringent SLA guidelines. He works remotely with clients, using InnoTek’s broad array of installed tools. Mike also uses his extensive knowledge of hardware and software to prepare quotes and proposals for existing and prospective clients. When not saving the world from IT problems, Mike enjoys time  visiting the beach, and grinding away in Pokemon Go.


Brandon Oberdorf

Onsite Field Engineer

Brandon’s duties include onsite ticket escalation, project leads, and network alignments. Very laid back and outgoing, Brandon quickly became many of our clients' favorite onsite technician. He is a driving force “literally” willing to go the distance for clients. He is a family man with two amazing children and caring wife. When he is not resolving technical issues that arise, Brandon can be found gaming on his custom PC, binge watching his favorite shows, or playing videogames with his sons.

Onsite Field Engineer

Daniel brought his bachelor’s degree in Computer Forensics from Bloomsburg University and sense of humor to the team in early 2021. Always ready to provide support, Dan is one of our dynamic onsite engineers who travels to support our clients and their equipment throughout the week. Daniel lives in Watsontown with his wife and six cats. 

When Daniel isn’t tackling equipment repairs, he enjoys traveling for wine tastings, playing video games, and learning new things – he’s often called to help family with his self-taught handyman skills. 


Amy Heintz

Service Desk Coordinator

Certifications: PA State Police CLEAN, Star2Star Endpoint Software Deployment, Pax8 Co-Managed IT Expert, SAT Certification, Datto Academy Technical Specialist l & ll, Webroot BEPT.

A graduate of Bloomsburg University with a degree in Digital Forensics, Amy has over 15 years of customer service and technology experience. Working in both professional and production environments, she knows how important it is to keep workflow moving along from beginning to end, as scheduled. When Amy is not troubleshooting or gathering information for technical needs, she enjoys spending time with her family fishing, horseback riding, and most of all, beach vacations.

The newest member of our staff, Tristan joined InnoTek in the summer of 2021. We’re happy to announce that he brings his degrees in Computer Systems & Technology and Information Technology Management to the proverbial table! These degrees inform his triage support within the Operations Team.

Tristan has lived in Bloomsburg for the last five years and enjoys video games and exploring the area by foot and kayak in his spare time.

Joining the team in 2021 with his bachelor’s degree in Computer Security, William has quickly become an integral part of our operations team. His duties include providing both proactive and reactive support to our clients, to ensure their days run smoothly and issues are resolved quickly. William also keeps an eye on IT-related news to keep our team and clients up to date and secure!  

Outside of work, William enjoys fantasy & sci-fi games and movies and dabbles in PC video gaming.
